Welcome to the 2026 edition of the Cornerstone Thunder Bay missions team blog! Follow along with us as well journey this year from July 25 to August 2, 2026 on our missions trip to Thunder Bay, serving alongside of Northwind Family Ministries. We will work with them to support and share with their indigenous neighbours and friends. Our primary task is to serve in the low income housing complexes in the city to run a play day for the kids.
Our theme this year is "Soar with God." We will be sharing a Bible story and the transformation that can happen when we walk with God. We will play games with the kids - think Carnival like games, face painting, hot dogs, snow cones and create butterfly balloon animals for them to take home!
