Dear Friends,
We are about to embark on our first full team to Thunder Bay, with Northwind Family Ministries (NWFM) since 2014!
We are a diverse team of 34 individuals, from youth to adults with a wide range of skill sets.
We have met monthly since about February to discuss, pray and prepare. And as much as we can be prepared, we know that we need to be flexible because things change! God will use us in whatever capacity and we need to be open to going as called.
26 people fly out Saturday July 8. 4 people are driving, and 4 more flying out Monday July 10. Please pray for safety in travel.
Our task: supporting NWFM in running summer camp for youth! Ages 8-12. First camp since COVID shut things down. It could be a large group of 40 or small. We don't know!
If we are full with 40 kids, some of us will be sleeping in tents! This sounds like a repeat from 2014! Fortunately we will all be at Eagle's Cove and able to enjoy the beauty of the area.
